Collection: White Park Beef (Delivery: 26th Nov)
White Park cattle are the oldest breed of native cattle in the British Isles and the one most closely related to the Aurochs, the now extinct species of large wild cattle that once roamed free through Europe and Asia.
Slower growing than most commercial breeds, when left to graze natural pastures until full maturity they develop an exceptionally deep beefy flavour. The meat is lean but with a high percentage of intramuscular fat, or marbling, making it soft textured and rich tasting.
