Storing Your Meat

Your meat will arrive  chilled and packed ready for your freezer; however, always remember the  golden rule: freeze as quickly as possible, using the fast freeze function,  and do not stack your meat whilst freezing; spread it around as much as  possible.

When you wish to eat your meat, please allow at least a day or two to defrost your joints in the fridge, or 24 hours for the smaller packs, in order to minimise moisture loss and retain the natural juiciness of your meat. Always avoid defrosting in a warm place!
