Despite being well marbled and extremely tender, this is a lesser-known steak, found within the chuck. If you've never tried a Denver steak before, you honestly don't know what you are missing! There's no layer of fat, but the prolific marbling makes this a succulent steak.
These are packaged as two steaks.
Dry-Ageing Our beef is expertly dry-aged for around 28 days. We believe any longer is not necessary as our beef has a deep enough flavour already and doesn't need additional support in the form of a mildly cheesy flavour brought about by over-hanging beef.
