Purchased a whole rib steak a couple of times now and each one has been amazing. Marinated in wine and garlic and then added black pepper and pink sea salt slow placed it on the barbeque (proper barbeque with charcoal not gas) and sealed both sides before then slow cooking. Fabulously tender and lovely and pink in the middle. 4 very happy diners.
